He has extensive experience in corporate tax, labor and accounting advisory for local and multinational companies in the financial, commercial, manufacturing, telecommunications, real estate, wholesale and retail, advertising and related services sectors.

Roberto has extensive tax experience in cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring, local and foreign listings, international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, group financing, debt restructuring, due diligence and foreign investment structures.
